Sales Information

  1. Sales of Otter Nation t-shirts and merchandise are strictly done via our online partner (eheartcharms.com), and selected vendors only.
  2. All orders are final once payment has been made.  Payment options available include local bank money transfer, paypal payment, and international credit cards.
  3. T-shirts are handmade and done in tens only.  Once the quota is finished, the t-shirt will not be reproduced at any circumstances.
  4. Prices are final unless stated for promotion.


Exchange Policy
  1. Due to items at Otters Nation being highly limited and exclusive, change in size is strictly not available unless the wrong size is shipped to the customer.  Customers are therefore advised to check measurements for the product before purchasing.
  2. Hygienic reasons also do not enable us to enforce any exchange for your items unless it is related to production defects - which are limited to dye fracture/washout upon receive.
  3. Any return shipment must be borne by the customer.
  4. Customers must contact us via sales[at]eheartcharms[dot]com within three days from delivery date shall they find the item to be defective.  We will not entertain request after that period.
  5. Note that the number of t-shirts we produce are highly limited, and hence our ability to be extra careful and extra loving when packing them to your address.


Shipping Information

  1. All items will be sent via POSLAJU only.  A tracking number will be provided once the item is sent out.
  2. Combined shipping is allowed. Poslaju charges are RM9 to West Malaysia, and RM6 to East Malaysia for the first 500 grams.
  3. Items will be shipped within 7-10 days after order is confirmed.  Order is considered confirmed when payment is confirmed.
  4. POSLAJU takes a maximum of 3-days to arrive at any destination in Malaysia, so please be patient.  The POSLAJU system updates rather slowly, so there are cases when packages arrive earlier than what is updated online.
  5. International shipping is allowed, but international shipping charges via POSLAJU International will apply.
  6. Every care is taken to ensure the parcels arrive at their destination in tip top condition.  We are not held responsible for damaged or lost items caused by the courier services. Shall such incident happen, customers are advised to make an immediate claim to POSLAJU.
